【摘要】 目的 研究原发性高血压(eh)患者血清c型利钠肽(cnp)水平的变化,分析其与高血压分期和靶器官损害的关系。方法 放射免疫分析检测97例eh患者和50例正常健康人的血清cnp水平。结果 eh组血清cnp显著高于对照组,1、2、3级eh患者血清cnp水平呈升高趋势,且伴有心脑肾并发症组cnp水平高于无并发症组,各组间比较均有统计学意义,p<0.05。结论 cnp水平与高血压病情进展、靶器官损伤程度密切相关。

【abstract】 objective to explore the change of serum level of c-type natriuretic peptide in patients with essential hypertension and to evaluate the relationship between the serum level of c-type natriuretic peptide and stage of hypertension as well as target organ injury. methods the serum level of c-type natriuretic peptide were determined with radioimmunossay in 97 eh patients and 50 controls. results the serum levels of c-type natriuretic peptide in eh patients were significantly higher than those in controls. the serum levels of c-type natriuretic peptide increased gradually fromgrade 1 to grade 3 eh. the serum levels of c-type natriuretic peptide in patients with renal and/or cardio and/or cerebral vascular complications were significantly higher than those in patients without complications.the differences were significant,p<0.05. conclusion the serum level of c-type natriuretic peptide in eh patients were closely related to the severity of eh process and target organ injuries.
