 　　建立渔业碳排放权交易市场、进行渔业碳汇交易，敢于创新是关键。考虑目前我国林业的碳汇发展经验，可以创新的在国内省际间实行渔业碳汇项目以及碳汇交易，为国际渔业碳汇的开展打下坚实的技术和机制基础。
 　　总之，渔业碳汇cdm项目是通过市场机制实现渔业生态效益价值补偿的一种重要途径，为我国渔业发展提供了新的投融资渠道。cdm下的碳汇渔业必将给我国渔业发展带来新的机遇。

abstract: based on the carbon sink fishery as the research object, combining the wide prospect and fishery potential risks of the clean development mechanism (cdm), the cdm and carbon sink fishery were analyzed in this paper. then, it was expected to propose a systemic thought for strengthening the construction of fishery carbon markets, and provide a new enforceable path to develop low-carbon economy for fishery development.
