today’s environment is changing so quickly. one of the most important changes is the move toward global marketplace. more and more companies began to become global enterprises via foreign direct investment, such as importing, exporting, joint venture, licensing and so on. in the meanwhile, markets, raw materials, products, capital and human resource are becoming global resources for enterprises. global interrelationships and interdependencies have emerged.
