abstract
during the urbanization process, many problems occurred inevitably. this paper mainly discusses rural land problems in china’s urbanization process. it includes three parts. chapter one gives an overview on the relations between urbanization process and rural land. chapter two has five parts, and the writer did specific research on rural land problems in china’s urbanization process and provided some solutions. these land problems include the obscurity of land’s ownership, the substandard mobilization of land, surplus rural labor, widening income gap between urban and rural areas, and heavy taxation burden. in the chapter three, the writer drew the conclusion that the land problems in china’s urbanization process is too serious and need a reform. in the reform, farmer’s interests should be protected and the rural democracy must be improved.
